Refund Policy

At Pooch & Zen, each item is made to order. Because of that, I do not accept standard returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, sizing choices, color preferences, or ordering the wrong item.

Please double-check product details, sizing, colors, and shipping information before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact me within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue qualifies, I'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Returns

Because each product is made to order, standard returns are not accepted.

For damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items, a physical return is usually not required. If a return is needed, I'll provide instructions.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Non-refundable items and order issues

Because products are made to order, refunds or exchanges are not available for:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Color preference
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
  • Items damaged after delivery

If something arrives wrong, damaged, defective, or misprinted, I'll do my best to make it right. Pooch & Zen is a small creative shop, and I want your order to feel good when it lands.
