At Pooch & Zen, each item is made to order. This means your order is created after purchase instead of being pulled from pre-made inventory.

Please allow time for both production and shipping.

Order processing and production time

Most orders are produced within 2 to 7 business days after the order is placed.

Production times can vary depending on the product, order size, product availability, and seasonal demand.

Shipping times

After production is complete, your order will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated shipping times within the United States are typically 2 to 8 business days after production, depending on the product, shipping method, and print provider.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the products ordered, shipping destination, package size, and carrier.

United States shipping

Pooch & Zen currently ships within the United States.

International shipping

International shipping is not currently available.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email when tracking is available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect shipping address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Pooch & Zen is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact me as soon as possible at poochandzen@gmail.com. I cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered production or shipped.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

Carrier delays can happen and are outside of my control once an order has shipped.

If your order appears lost, arrives damaged, or has a delivery issue, please contact me at poochandzen@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant photos or tracking details.

If the issue qualifies, I will help review the order and work toward a replacement or refund when appropriate.
