Are your products pet-safe and eco-friendly?

Yes. Our products are designed with your pets and the planet in mind. We use pet-safe materials like hypoallergenic, cruelty-free Thermo-Elastomer for pet items and offer eco-friendly apparel options like organic cotton. We want to ensure everything is safe, sustainable, and uplifting for you and your furry friends.

Do you offer promos or discounts?

Yes, we will be offering special promotions and discounts on our products for standard holidays and national pet days.

How are your products fulfilled?

All our products are made on-demand through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means each item is created only after you place an order, ensuring minimal waste and no excess inventory.

Once you place an order, it’s sent to one of our trusted Print Providers who print and ship it directly to you. This process allows us to offer a wide range of unique products without maintaining large inventories, and it helps us deliver fresh, high-quality items right to your doorstep.

What do I do if I have a problem with my order?

If you have any issues with your order, such as defects, incorrect items, or shipping concerns, please reach out to us through our website. We’ll assist you and connect with Printify’s support team to resolve the issue, as they handle fulfillment and shipping.

Where does the Pooch & Zen name come from?

Pooch stands for the playful, loyal nature of dogs, while Zen represents the serene, present-moment and chill essence of cats.

Inspired by Alan Watts' teachings, the name captures the balance of joy, calm, and wackiness that both types of pets bring to our lives.

Think of it as "Pooch & Cat" in spirit, blending the spunky all-in charm of dogs with the calm but also spicy wisdom of cats.
